1 - How much time will I need? Usually less than 3 minutes. Just complete your online application and attach the photo of your DNI/NIE.
2 - *What cards can I use? Cofidis accepts any credit/debit card except American Express, foreign, virtual cards.
3 - Can I use 4xcard for all products? 4xcard is not available for baskets that contain gift vouchers, pre-sale products or non-stock products.
4 - When will my card be charged with 4xcard? The first installment will be charged the day after the last product in your order is shipped. Subsequently, the charges will be made on day+32, day+63 and day+90 from the day the last product of your order was shipped.
5 - Can I return the products if I buy them with 4xcard? The return policy applies to all purchases. If you receive a full refund, you will be refunded the amount you have already paid based on the terms of purchase.

6 - How to find 4xcard during the purchase process? Change the payment method (see below) and select 4xcard.
